The pre-treatment screening protocols

  1. Our unique health assessment is the most thorough screening and monitoring process in the industry. It includes genetic and advanced cardiovascular testing. Aside from daily (at least) 12-lead EKGs, we go beyond what other providers offer to ensure your safety. 
  2. While other providers may have an off-site (or out-of-country) cardiology advisor, 100% of our patients undergo a formal cardiology evaluation by our in-house cardiologist. 
  3. We perform heart ultrasounds on 100% of our patients 
  4. Among other laboratory investigations, proprietary medical testing is administered and assesed upon arrival, and immediately before, during and after treatment. 

The monitoring protocols

  2. In addition to your vital signs, a plethora of cardiovascular parameters are monitored in real time during your ibogaine treatment. These include real-time 12-lead Qt/QTc monitoring, cardiac output, systemic vascular resistances, fluid responsiveness and more.
