Mr. Jonathan Vinnik

An accomplished business leader and investor who has built successful businesses around the world.  Mr. Jonathan Vinnik is one of the founders of Transcend Clinic, and he serves as the Executive Chairman.  In addition, Mr. Vinnik founded The Vinnik Companies, LLLP, his family office, and his public markets vehicle, Rock Springs Investments, LLC. 

The Vinnik Companies focuses on private investment opportunities in business sectors that include oil, gas, energy transport infrastructure and early-round digital technology.

Rock Springs Investments is the public markets vehicle for The Vinnik Companies.  It is a long-short fund with a focus on upstream, downstream, and midstream.  Other areas of interest include technology and healthcare. Prior to founding The Vinnik Companies and Rock Springs Investments, Mr. Vinnik worked in Moscow, Russia for Marc Rich and Co (now Glencore) and Gerald Metals. His expertise is in non-ferrous metals.

Mr. Vinnik earned his MBA from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania.  

Mr. Vinnik is a supporter of many charities.  In particular, he is very involved in charities related to military Veterans and their families.  One of those charities is the Navy SEAL Foundation.  Mr. Vinnik is also involved in both supporting charities and active-duty soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).  

Additionally, he serves as the Consul General for the Republic of Serbia to the State of Wyoming.
