Book a call with an Ibogaine Expert

Intake Process

1
Step
Making Contact

Once you reach out to Transcend, one of our friendly intake specialists will connect with you to discuss your situation and answer any questions you might have. During this call, we’ll give you a detailed overview of Transcend Clinic’s ibogaine treatment programs and how they can benefit you or your loved ones. We’re here to answer any questions you have about the treatment process.

This initial interview typically lasts about 15 minutes, but it may take longer depending on your needs. We’ll gather your general medical history and information about the specific issues you’re seeking help for, along with a complete list of any medications you’re currently taking. We’ll also discuss payment arrangements before moving on to the next step.

On occasion, a phone or video call with one of our physicians may be necessary to better understand your specific situation or to address any concerns you may have about Ibogaine treatment. We are glad to schedule such an interview at your convenience.

We’ll continue to support you after this initial assessment and will be available for any additional questions as your treatment date approaches. We understand that this can be a stressful time, and we’re here to help however we can.

2
Step
Making a Reservation

If you’re arranging treatment for someone else, we’ll need to speak directly with the person who will be receiving the ibogaine treatment before we can confirm their spot at our detox facility.

It is essential that the patient understands any medications they may be taking that could interfere with ibogaine, and why those should be discontinued before arriving in Cancun. It is also very important that we fully understand each patient’s specific circumstances as related directly to them.

Our treatment programs typically last from 7-10 days, but patients who are heavily dependent on long-acting opioids, they may need additional time to transition to short-acting opioids prior to their arrival.

We require a deposit of 50% of the total program cost to book an arrival. Our intake specialists will guide you through the payment process.

3
Step
Making Travel Arrangements

Once we confirm your payment and reservation, you can book a flight to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please note that we can accommodate your intake on any day of the week regardless of the time you arrive in Cancun.

After we have your flight details, we will organize your ground transportation from the airport to the clinic and we will share clear, simple instructions to follow on arrival in Cancun.

Please remember that you’ll need a valid passport to travel to Cancun. If you need assistance obtaining travel documents, we recommend Easy Passports and Visas, who have helped many of our clients. You can reach them at [+1] 866.487.3279 for expedited passport services.

We recommend that patients travel solo for a smoother process. If family members or friends wish to accompany you, they are welcome to visit our clinic upon arrival, but they’ll need to arrange their own transportation, as we can’t provide limousine services for anyone other than the patient.

4
Step
Arrival in Cancun

Upon arriving in Cancun, you’ll go through customs and immigration. Please do not bring any drugs, weapons, or illegal items with you. If you are dependent on opioids, our doctors will provide morphine to help stabilize you as soon as you reach our facility, so you won’t experience withdrawal symptoms.

Make sure to fill out a customs form before leaving the plane. To expedite processing, we recommend stating “tourism” as your reason for visiting Cancun.

Once outdoors, you will be greeted by a representative (from our transportation provider) with a sign with the Transcend Logo. If you have any difficulties finding your driver, do not worry. Remain calm and contact Dantia at +52 998 138 1078 or Transcend at the US number (760) 621 6203. Preferred methods of contact are phone call, whatsapp message or call, and SMS, in that order.

We look forward to welcoming you and supporting you on your journey!
