Safety

In order for us to help, it is essential that you consistently communicate the specifics of your situation with us in an open, transparent manner. Transcend Clinic offers a range of highly effective treatment programs administered in a safe, supportive and peaceful environment. Our protocols have constantly evolved to address the ever-changing landscape and our current understanding of optimal ibogaine treatment for a variety of conditions.

Our founders, collaborators and on-site care team have been working with medically-based ibogaine therapy for decades and are among the most experienced in the world in doing so. Our clinicians have treated thousands of patients utilizing our advanced safety protocols.

We are fully staffed and equipped to handle emergencies on-site and utilize advanced, state-of-the-art medical technology.

Our program is limited to adults. We cannot and do not treat anyone under the age of 18.

Aside from our overall evaluation criteria, please keep in mind that ibogaine is an experimental medication and should be considered for use only after other, more conventional treatment methodologies have been tried and proven to be ineffective.

Medical Screening

While our treatment is an effective option for PTSD, TBI and a variety of co-occuring disorders, it is not suitable for every individual. For example, if you have an active disease affecting the heart, lungs or liver, you may not be a good candidate for ibogaine treatment. During the intake process, it is essential you are entirely honest with us about your physical status and any medical conditions you are aware of and / or for which you are receiving treatment.

Confidentiality

All inquiries are completely confidential and will be answered with discretion. Your privacy is extremely important to us.

Upon admission to our treatment program, we will request that you allow us to use the information you have provided and any data gathered during your treatment for research purposes. Neither your name, nor any of your personally identifiable information will be associated with this data.

You are welcome to opt-out of anonymous data gathering; it is not a requirement for receiving treatment.

Please keep in mind that ibogaine has not been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for medical use. Prior to receiving treatment all patients are required to carefully review and sign an informed consent form and other waivers acknowledging their understanding of the experimental nature of ibogaine treatment.
