Our chatbot is provided via a third-party service provider. The information you type into the chatbot prompt will be collected and processed by our third-party service provider. 

Prescreening Information Collection

We may call or text you based on your request to schedule a Prescreening appointment via our Website. Our third-party service provider who conducts the call or text will collect information provided by you during that call or text. Our third-party service provider may use artificial intelligence to make and process your call or text. Additional information about our text message program is available in the Terms of Service
